A writer and journalist by trade, Regenold worked for years with The New York Times. He founded GearJunkie.com in 2006, a media outlet that's now considered a top publication on adventure topics and outdoors gear. Regenold is a climber, cyclist, runner, and competitive endurance athlete.

With 15+ years in digital media, from sales to product development, Santi is a founding partner of Monopoint. An avid athlete, Santi competes yearly in the MSBL World Series of Baseball with the MN Lumberjacks team. When not playing baseball (most of the year in Minnesota!)
