Monopoint Media owns and operates GearJunkie.com, a top publication on outdoor sports and gear reviews. The site, founded in 2006, has hundreds of thousands of monthly readers.

Through the Monopoint Ad Network, we give advertisers a highly-targeted audience of hard-to-reach outdoors enthusiasts, including millions of pageviews each month on sites like GearJunkie, Trailspace and SuperTopo.

Monopoint Media LLC, founded in 2006, is a creative agency focused on outdoor, sports, and active lifestyle brands. We work with top brands to build video, stories, micro-sites, social-media projects, and custom content. Based in Minneapolis, with an office in the city’s Uptown neighborhood, our active staff travels, competes in endurance events, bikes to work, runs 5Ks at lunch, and lives a true active/outdoor lifestyle!

A founder of GearJunkie.com and Monopoint, John has over a decade of experience within the interactive design & development field. He has worked as a design, development and strategy partner for ad agencies and direct clients around the U.S.

Stephen Regenold

Partner

A writer and journalist by trade, Regenold worked for years with The New York Times. He founded GearJunkie.com in 2006, a media outlet that's now considered a top publication on adventure topics and outdoors gear. Regenold is a climber, cyclist, runner, and competitive endurance athlete.

Mike Santi

Business Development

With 10+ years in online media, from sales to product development, Santi is a founding partner of Monopoint. He has worked in digital on projects from social media "events" to multi-episode video series. An avid runner, Santi recently completed an obstacle race involving mud pits, walls, and electrified wire.

Director

Fellow co-owner of Royal Antler, Tony Franklin has over 10 years of experience as an art director with Target Corporation and a number of other clients. He’s also the man behind Public Convoy.

Joshua Van Patter

Production Logistics

An independent video editor, cinematographer, and logistics guru, Joshua VP has worked on productions around the world, from cycling shoots in Sicily to time-lapse footage in the Utah desert. He lives and works in Minneapolis.
